| Description (Service) | We have activities such as an annual plant sale, Flower Show, interesting speakers at monthly meetings, tours, workshops and youth programs. First Tuesday of every month from March - November at Minden Community Centre. Student Bursaries - Minden & District Horticultural Society awards an annual $500 bursary thru the HHSS Scholarship Program. The student demonstrates a good work ethic and contributes to school and community. The bursary will be presented to a graduating student who is continuing their post-secondary studies in the field of Horticulture, Arboriculture, Agriculture or Resources/Environmental Management.
