Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, in-person appointments will be booked on a case-by-case basis. Telephone/Videoconferencing support for all FHT services. Nurse Practitioner ER diversion clinic being offered at Medical Clinic. For additional information or to request an appointment please contact your physicians' office. Regular Service Clinic providing quality primary health care services for patient care, providing health promotion and disease prevention. Registered Nurse, Clinical Pharmacist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, and Nurse Practitioner offering:

Eligibility | Programs are for patients of Family Health Team (FHT) through self, community or physician referral (with the exception of FAST clinic).
FAST clinic (nurse practitioner) - acute episodic care available to anyone, call in for appointment, first come first serve. |
